What is the different of the short and tall basin mixer ?

You will find that there are two different height of same design facuet. That is because they are used for different bathroom design. Tall basin facuet use for counter top basin without tap hole , the facuet need to be installed on the counter top , in this situation will need a higer basin facuet to matching the count top basin. Another design which bathroom using a countertop basin with fuacet hole and bathroom using undermount basins, this will use short facuet to match .

1. What is your MOQ of the basin mixer?

  Our MOQ of bathroom mixer is 20 pieces of each models. But regular production bathroom mixers which have stock we will accpet less than MOQ order. Customized finished MOQ will be 50 pieces of each models.

2. What is your basin mixer warranty?

 All mixers warranty will be 5 years for function and outlook . Cartridge warranty is 3 years and surface finished is 12 months.

3. How to install the basin mixer?

 All mixers will have installation guide in the package .Don't worry about the installation problem . 

4. How to handle if any quality problem happened?

  During the warranty , quality problem will be gave free replacement. Any product problem we will have after-sale to handle and help to figure out .

5. How to get a sample?

 Sample is available, but sample charge is prepaid, which is refundable if you make bulk order next time.

6.What is the payment terms?

 We accept T/T and Western Union, 30% deposit before production 70% balance paid before delivery.

7. Can your factory print our logo/brand on the product?

Our factory can laser print customer's logo on the product with the permission from customers.Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products.
